Steam Generator
This line of L-DT steam generators is made in a robust tube coil design. Compact and with a small content of steam/water (small pressure vessel).
Available in both vertical and horizontal design and in numerous sizes and pressure stages.
They are made for production of saturated steam – energized by natural gas, LPG, bio-gas, fuel oils and combinations hereof.
They offer a full 3-pass design ensuring high efficiency and lowest emission according to the most demanding regulations in EU i.e. design with special low-NOx burner and large combustion chamber volume.
These industrial steam generators are especially designed for demanding conditions including 24/7 operations.
Many optional designs – for instance control for 72 hours without surveillance.
Technical description
Design according PED 2014/68/EU & EN-standards. CE-marked and with full documentation.
A very compact steam boiler type – energized by natural gas, LPG, bio-as, fuel oil and combinations hereof.
This boiler model is producing saturated steam – by heating up and evaporating feed water into saturated steam inside a long single tube that is winded-up into a double tube coil.
This design ensures a small and very safe pressure vessel volume with no risk of steam explosions but also means that it starts-up very fast.
The full 3-pass design ensures a high efficiency and lowest emission according to the most demanding regulations in EU – equipped with a special low-NOx burner and designed with an extended combustion chamber volume.
Available in numerous sizes and pressure stages.
