EU General Data Protection Regulation

Personal information

AB&CO operate within the B2B segment only and not toward private individuals / consumers. Basically AB&CO do not have contact with private persons, but only persons as they appear and are represented in companies, organisations, associations, authorities etc.

Your personal data registered at AB&CO is limited to the absolute minimum to enable us to forward a quotation based on an inquiry sent by you, to book an order that you have placed with AB&CO (according to order confirmation) and/or maintain our contact to you (this latter goes for all our business relations).

Personal information that we register is business related only, mainly information that you have given us when you approach us as employee in a company or as company owner:

  • First and last name
  • Your position / title
  • Company telephone – mobile (cell) and/or desk direct no.
  • Email address

Beside the above we register your company name, company address, company main telephone number and VAT company registration number (EU). We do not register anything else and consequently not any detailed or sensitive personal information either.

The information is archived as Contacts in Microsoft Outlook – Exchange Server, without any additional information, and if you book an order your information will also be registered in an order database (Borland Paradox).

Furthermore we have decided not to use cookies on any of our web pages, so we do not trace nor follow your particular activities in any way.

The above have been our policy and procedures since 1988 when AB&CO was founded.

If you no longer wish to be registered as customer or contact with your company – or if you need to know whether you are registered with AB&CO, also for corrective purposes – you simply send an email to Ms. Pia Mathiesen or any other contact person at AB&CO by using this link. Then changes will be done accordingly and you will receive a confirmation from us.

You can also contact us using the above link, in case that you – despite the above explanation – are not sure how your personal data is kept at AB&CO.
