Small Electric Steam Boiler
K-DH is the line of small electric steam boilers and actually the most sold steam boiler in northern Europe.
Prices are attractive and at the same time the boilers are in highest quality – being very reliable in operation.
Although this is a commercial type electric steam boiler, it is adapted to be an industrial steam boiler.
The design is based on a standard modular concept. This compact and flexible design thus results in very flexible solutions in numerous capacity sizes.
The steam boilers are delivered as stand-alone or alternative as skid-mounted units with feed water tank, water treatment and other facilities.
Many optional designs – for instance culinary steam and control for 72 hours without surveillance.
AB&CO offer a very extensive support from office engineers and from the service team.
Spare parts and complete steam boilers are on stock at AB&CO in Copenhagen.
Technical description
Design according PED 2014/68/EU & EN-standards. CE-marked and with full documentation.
Build up in a modular design of sections with capacities of up to 180 kW saturated steam. It means a modular solution with up to 5 sections providing a capacity of 900 kW.
Steam boilers are as standard for production of normal industrial saturated steam but can optional also be delivered for clean steam application in a stainless steel design.
Fast and simple to install and connect – plug ‘n play. Also very easy to operate, almost no maintenance. You get a manual in your language that is easy to follow.
Only very few regulations from authorities. The delivery also includes full customized documentation (technical dossier) and even step-files for customers’ arrangement drawings if required.
Prior to delivery – a full testing of steam production and power (hot testing) with all functions. Test reports and photos are kept on files internally at AB&CO.
You also get access to a full spare part stock and technical support facilities at AB&CO. Engineers always ready to assist on site or remote (on-line).
