Large Electric Steam Boiler
This L-DH line of electric steam boilers has become a good environmental option in a time where wind, hydro, solar and nuclear power can deliver electricity without producing CO2 and NOx.
The DH models are made in a design without compromise. All technical details are considered and they are widely adapted exactly to the customer’s demand including many convenient options.
Compared to other electric steam boilers on the market, these steam boilers have substantial longer life-time (LCC) and thus always ensure the lowest costs in the long run.
The steam boilers are delivered as stand-alone and alternative as skid-mounted units with feed water tank, water treatment and blow-down facility.
Many optional designs – for instance control for 72 hours without surveillance.
Technical description
Design according PED 2014/68/EU & EN-standards. CE-marked and with full documentation.
A full-blooded and heavy-duty industrial steam boiler – energized by electricity using robust electrical heating elements submerged in the water of the steam drum.
The basic design is the classic with large steam drum volume and thus steam buffer capacities, that offers saturated steam in all quantities i.e all loads from 0 to maximum and even small fluctuation at max. load.
But unlike other classic steam boilers the electric heated model has an efficiency of approx. 99% also at small loads.
These industrial electric steam boilers are especially designed for demanding conditions and 24/7 operations. Available in numerous sizes and pressure stages.
The delivery also includes full customized documentation (technical dossier)
Many optional designs – for instance PLC control with remote access (communication) to operating staff and also AB&CO engineers, – and also control facilities for 72 hours without surveillance.
