Classic Steam Boiler
The quality of this this L-DJ line of conventional 3-pass steam boilers is supreme.
They are all made in a workshop with more than 50 years as a boiler-maker.
Purchase prices might be somewhat higher than the cheapest alternatives that can be found anywhere throughout the world market and sales platforms.
But the special technical features and options of these L-DJ types means that the long term costs (LCC) are still much lower than the cheap alternatives that also very often comes without a prober service set-up program.
The L-DJ are a so-called fire-tube steam boilers – a good alround steam boiler, made in a rigid design especially for demanding heavy-duty operations.
Many optional designs – for instance control for 72 hours without surveillance.
Technical description
Design according PED 2014/68/EU & EN-standards. CE-marked and with full documentation.
A full-blooded industrial fire-tube steam boiler – energized by natural gas, LPG, bio-as, fuel oil and combinations hereof.
This boiler model producing saturated steam, comprising a large steam drum i.e. steam-buffer that offers saturated steam in all quantities i.e all loads from 0 to maximum and even small fluctuation at max. load.
Full 3-pass design ensuring high efficiency and lowest emission according to the most demanding regulations in EU – equipped with a special low-NOx burner and designed with an extended combustion chamber volume.
Available in numerous sizes and pressure stages.
Many optional designs – for instance PLC control with remote access (communication) to operating staff and also AB&CO engineers.
