AQUIRE A FIELD EXPERT IN STEAM BOILERS

For ensuring a high reliability on any products, the supporting service level must be maintained high at all time. Everybody knows - still not everybody seriously consider this when deciding the purchase of the steam boiler.

When it comes to AB&CO small steam boilers, our high service level is basically built up by having an engineering department that from the office can support effectively, and also a spare part department that can be deliver fast.

Obviously this is not sufficient for steam boiler installations, and therefore AB&CO have our field expert – the hands-on person that can assist our customers on-site.

Our field expert in-charge is Jimmi Farver, who have many years’ experience in both manufacturing and after-sale service. He is our special asset to ensure that all steam boilers delivered will be a good experience for the end-user even when the going gets tough.

The job for any boiler starts in the expensive final testing / test run in our workshop and never finish - as he regularly make the service visit during which the actual operation and maintenance are kept optimized.
