LOWEST COSTS IN THE LONG RUN !

- is the key argument for buying and investing in an AB&CO solution. Low total life-cycle cost (LCC) is guaranteed, since LCC include not only purchase, but also operation and maintenance cost, - and a life-time of many years. On top of this comes the environmental features that meet the future demands.

The quality is supreme and the price is thus somewhat higher than the cheapest alternatives on the market. The special technical features means that the long term costs are still much lower.

The fire-tube steam boilers are developed in a rigid design especially for demanding operations. They are tailor-made and dedicated to applications where no compromise on quality and reliability are accepted - and where low over-all costs and pay-back time, and not cheap purchase price, are the key words.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION & SPECIFICATIONS

LARGE SIZES - FULL 3-PASS

A  large program of classic steam boilers with oil, gas and dual fuel burners with optimum combustion economy in a 3-pass design.

TTBjette.gif (17425 bytes)

Stabile and dry steam production with capacities up to 5,000 kg steam hour at working pressures from 1 - 20 bar (0.1 - 2 MPa).
High efficiencies of 90 - 91% that ensures supreme economy in operation, by a very high internal heat transfer surface (heat exchanger size).
NOx emission is minimized through the special geometry and very large volume of the combustion chamber, - and optimum utilization of 'Low NOx' burners.
Calm and stabile steam production, due to well calculated oversized steam compartment, which also ensures a large steam buffer reserve during fluctuating consumptions.
Simple to operate and to maintain. The tubes bundles are easy accessible through a large man hole, which also means general good access for inspection and cleaning of the inner parts of the boiler.
Manufacturing and finish of highest quality - made by skilled and experienced boiler specialist.
Customised with a lot of choices, which are based on the actual circumstances and local requirements.

SMALLER SIZES - REVERSE FLAME DESIGN

The smaller types are also classic steam boilers with oil, gas and dual fuel burners with optimum combustion economy in a 3-pass design.

Capacities from 125 - 400 kg/h at working pressures from 1 - 20 bar (0.1 - 2 MPa).

The smaller type DJM offers the same features and advantages as the DJ, including a full 3-pass design. The DJM is an alternative to the steam generator boiler, dedicated those who prefer the classic steam boiler with the good steam buffer facility for varying operations.

TABLE VALUES · Presumptions
The below stated values for heat capacity and fuel consumptions are based on 60°C feed water temperature, 5 bar steam pressure, 90% efficiency and normal European quality light fuel oil (Hi=42.300 kJ/kg) and natural gas (Hi=39.600 kJ/Nm³).

All below figures and data are estimations for guidance only. The exact capacity appears from the quotation. Exact sizes to be determined as part of order effectuation and adjustment of the customised design.
